Stephen Tarrant BSc Hons MNAEA
Stephen graduated in 1996 having achieved a Joint Honours degree in Geography and Economics. After teaching for a term, he joined a top independent estate agent in London. In 2000, he was appointed senior negotiator to the Farnham office of a leading estate agent. Two years later, he was approached by a larger firm to become the manager of their Winchester office. This is where he first worked with Andrew and during the next two years, this branch became one of the company’s most successful offices. Stephen was subsequently promoted to a Director, responsible for offices in Europe, the Caribbean and Cheshire, as well as more locally in Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire. After exactly ten years of working for other people, he decided the time was right to fulfill his own dreams and ambitions by setting up with Andrew their own company, Tarrant & Robertson.
Stephen is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Andrew Beecheno BA Hons
After graduating with a Joint Honours degree in Music and Business in 1999, Andrew joined the Winchester branch of a large international estate agency in January 2000. Initially as a trainee negotiator, he worked his way through the ranks to the position of assistant manager. After a spell working for the firm’s international department, he was promoted to Sales Manager of their Farnham office, which became the company’s most successful office outside London. After seven successful years working with one of the UK’s premier firms, Andrew felt it was time for a fresh challenge, using his experience to set up this exciting new venture with Stephen.
