We will advertise your property locally using our shop window, a ‘For Sale’ board and through adverts in ‘The Herald Group’ property section. We have a large database of local applicants and will notify all relevant buyers of your property by post, e-mail and telephone.
National advertising.
We will advertise your property on our own website, www.tarrantrobertson.co.uk and on the leading online property websites www.primelocation.com and www.rightmove.co.uk. We will also notify relevant buyers on our constantly expanding database of national buyers who are looking to buy in the area.
Efficiency, qualifying all enquiries.
Generating enquiries tends not to be a problem, but for many estate agents qualifying them can be a huge issue. That’s why you often hear complaints that many estate agents fail to contact their buyers. At Tarrant & Robertson, we attach great importance to the need to qualify, properly register and familiarise ourselves with all the buyers in the market. We then keep in regular contact with all our serious applicants until they have found a property to buy. This ultimately benefits you, the client, as we know exactly who is looking for what type of property.

All too often, we hear stories of estate agents who have given bad advice and persuaded the client to accept a lower price than they could have achieved. At Tarrant & Robertson, we always ensure that the member of our team that you meet and instruct to sell your property takes responsibility for the entire transaction.
Bespoke marketing campaign.
It takes far more than a picture in the local paper to sell a property. Because every property is different and each client has individual needs, we always discuss and agree with you a bespoke marketing campaign, specifically designed to meet your requirements.
Communication.
We are passionate about good two-way communication with our clients. We will communicate with you regularly by contacting you each week to discuss how the sale of your home is progressing. Every viewing will be booked personally and all feedback will be given by midday on the next working day.
We commit to:
1. Telephoning our clients by mid-day on the next working day with feedback of all viewings.
2. Having a weekly review conversation regarding the overview of the marketing campaign.
3. Monthly review meetings (if the property does not sell in the first month)
4. Returning all telephone calls as soon as possible on the same day. We will not go home until we have spoken to you.
5. An open door policy at our office. We are delighted if any of our clients wish to pop into the office at any time to have a coffee and discuss the progress of their property.
Accompanied viewing appointment.
We accompany all our viewing appointments six days a week between 8 am and 7 pm at times to suit our clients and prospective buyers.
